Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Runner 2 get price reductions on eShop this week

Nintendo have treated us with three eShop deals this week. The fantastic Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Runner 2 see price cuts on Wii U whilst Planet Crashers 3D enjoys a price reduction on 3DS. With these reductions, and the release of Super Metroid this week, it's a great time to get yourself some fantastic bargains.

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Wii U Edition - €29.99, was €54.99 (£23.99, was £37.49)

Nintendo eShop from 16/5/13

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 released last year on Wii U, 360 and PS3 and is slated to be one of the most refined titles in the series history. Not only is it the best entry in the series, but the Wii U title is also the best version, boasting many exclusive features such as the famous 'Tekken Ball', all of the DLC from the PS3 and 360 versions, an exclusive game mode which uses Super Mario power-ups and some of the most fetching costumes you'll ever see.

BIT.TRIP Presents... Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien (Wii U) - €8.99, was €11.99 (£8.00, was £10.79) - Nintendo eShop from 16/5/13 until 30/5/2013 (14:59 CEST)

After the fantastic WiiWare series, the most impressive title, Bit.Trip Runner, gets a sequel and it improves upon the original in every way. Loads of new levels, fantastic updated graphics, costumes for Commander Video, new ways to play, GamePad play, Miiverse interaction, leaderboards, improved difficulty (as hard as nails for series veterans but far easier to get into for newcomers) and a voice-over by Charles Martinet is just the tip of the iceberg for one of the greatest eShop releases so far. That's before we even mention the music.

Planet Crashers 3D (Nintendo 3DS) - €6.99, was €9.99 (£6.29, was £8.99) - Nintendo eShop from 16/5/13 until 30/5/2013 (14:59 CEST)

Take on the role of a young space cadet who is ready to take on his or her first assignment. An unknown evil has emerged from a dark corner of the galaxy and it's up to you to prevent an unimaginable travesty from occuring.
