From the 31st of January 07:00 UK time/08:00 CET until the 4th of February you can compete in the eleventh Tetris 99 Grand Prix. The prize this time is 999 gold coins, which translates to €9,99/£9,99 of eShop credits.

For every 100 points you score in Tetris 99 you get a draw in the lottery. So the more points you accumulate, the bigger the chance. Placing higher in a match gives you more points, and if you get the fabled Tetris Maximus first place you instantly get 100 points.
