The Outer Worlds lands on Switch on June 5

Obsidian's well-received title The Outer Worlds finally has a Nintendo Switch release date. The game will arrive on June 5, 2020.

The game has been out on various other platforms since October last year, but the Switch port required some extra work and has been delayed (also due to the Coronavirus affecting Virtuos who is handling the port).

Luckily we will be able to play the game at home and on the go this June. This delay also means that the game will be available in a physical version on cartridge, although a day one patch of up to 6GB will be necessary.

The Outer Worlds received a lot of positive reviews, and got plenty of award nominations at the end of 2019. You can watch the original announcement trailer below.
