During Gamescom's Opening Night presentation, a release date for CD Projekt RED's The Witcher III: Wild Hunt Complete Edition for the Switch popped up, along with some gameplay footage which shows off the game in handheld.

The game arrives in about two months, as it is out on October 15th. It was already confirmed that The Witcher III will run on 720P docked mode, and on 540P in handheld. A 41-minute gameplay video was also posted on the Witcher's official Youtube channel, which can be viewed below and gives a good impression on how the game runs on the Nintendo Switch.

The Witcher III: Wild Hunt Complete Edition contains the full main game, and both expansions Blood & Wine and Hearts Of Stone.
