Ubisoft promises new Rayman Legends demo following delay

Following on from the news that Rayman Legends will be delayed on Wii U to September purely so it can be marketed alongside the recently-conceived PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, Ubisoft has faced an almighty backlash from gamers who were planning on getting the game at the end of this month.
And far be it from the global publisher to let down its adoring fan-base without any compensation, Ubisoft has announced that all will be okay because a brand new demo will be hitting the Wii U eShop at some unspecified time in the future.
The news of the delay was too much for even the game's developers to stomach, with dissent against Ubisoft executives quickly emerging given the finished status of the Wii U version following months of intense work from the Montpelier studio. We're sure being told to develop another demo is just the perk they need.
There's already a demo of Rayman Legends on the Wii U eShop so check it out if you haven't already.
