Just how well will the Wii U GamePad work? Seemingly very well indeed, if Michel Ancel is to be believed.

In a recent interview with Nintendo Power, Michel Ancel, creator of Rayman and the man responsible for Rayman Legends on Wii U, shared his thoughts about the Wii U GamePad and they were all seemingly very positive.

Ancel claimed that "the response time is crazy" from console to controller. 

"Nintendo is really out in front of things, the response time is crazy. In fact, I think competitors will need some time to [get their solutions] this responsive."

Ancel then went on to explain how the Wii U GamePad runs at 60 frames per second, with a latency of "just 1/60 of a second" so the controller is a mere one frame late, making it almost instant.
