Nintendo of Europe has characteristically confirmed at short-notice that a new Nintendo Direct video will be broadcast within the next 24 hours.

Tomorrow at 3pm BST/4pm CET, Nintendo of Europe will stream the short conference, which is at long last set to focus on Wii U software. It will showcase the Wii U titles that are set to release in the spring and summer of this year, so fingers crossed we get some solid release dates for the likes of Pikmin 3 and Hideki Kamiya's The Wonderful 101.

Nintendo Japan and Nintendo of America will also be broadcasting their own Direct conferences simultaneously. You can watch the European stream here.

Interestingly, Nintendo also confirmed that another Nintendo Direct is planned closer to E3 in June, which will focus on Wii U software for "autumn and beyond", so that's likely the one to look to for new game announcements.
