Zelda Breath of the Wild DLC details, June 30th release, amiibo

Nintendo have outlined their DLC plans for Breath of the Wild on Wii U and Nintendo Switch and also announced brand new amiibo.
The first DLC pack is due to release on June 30th. The pack will feature the Trial of the Sword which is a combat arena, Hero's Path which will show you where you've travelled so far on your adventure and Master Mode, an extra hard difficulty for hardened players. The pack will also feature new masks and armour inspired by previous games in the series such as a Korok mask and Tingle armour.
The second expansion, Champions' Ballad, will feature the games four champions Daruk, Mipha, Revali and Urbosa. Not many details are known about the DLC pack right now but they did release a trailer for it which you can find below.
Shortly after showing off the trailer, Nintendo announced amiibo to release alongside DLC pack 2. Their functionality is not yet known but they will be usable in the base game and the DLC packs. The second DLC pack for Nintendo Switch and Wii U is set to release this holiday season. The new amiibo can be seen below, featuring the four champions as well as some other amiibo announced today for Mario Odyssey and Metroid.
